Tailored services ranging from light touch to 24hr care packages, respite care and live in services for the elderly, disabled and anyone in need of social care in the community.

Our aim is to provide the standard of care that we would want for our own families. We work together with families to keep our customers in control of their own care as far as they are able.

We cover the whole of Leicestershire under all differents contracts

I am a professional Registered Manager possessing the skills to build and motivate teams to achieve business planning and targets. I have strong organisational and communication skills, including the ability to disseminate information and knowledge whilst listening and putting into practice advice and instructions.

I have a proven track record of building strong and ongoing professional relationships with clients, both meeting and exceeding service level agreements.

I am a confident and self-motivated individual with the flexibility to work within changing environments and ensure compliance with legislation and procedure. I have a resourceful and innovative personality and thrive in a busy and challenging environment. I am flexible, not only in time commitments but also the way I approach my work. I am able to communicate effectively, present achievable and succinct business proposals to clients and recruit and direct effectively to ensure fulfilment of contracts.
